Planning and climate litigation

I realise everyone is very busy at the moment but it seems like local plans are still going ahead and I feel that now can also be a time to do some digging and groundwork on those, especially looking at how we can use councils’ legal obligation to meet 2050 carbon neutral targets to introduce better plans. ClientEarth have done work on this and I think other environmental lawyers have too. Obviously the Heathrow ruling may set a precedent and we can use that.

Would people be up for reviving the Zoom webinar series that Kevin started, and having one on how we can use the law to try and improve local plans?

I would be interested to know more on this, so yes happy to Zoom
